Mocktail - Lemon and Lace

1 ½ oz. strong black tea, iced (earl grey is great!)

1 ¾ oz. water

1 Tbsp. aquafaba (or egg white)

1 packet Monarch Mixes Honey Lemon.

If you're not a fan of aquafaba or egg white, top with sparkling water for a Honeyed Bergamot Fizz!
